- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This office is terrible. They will not return phone calls or do what you ask. They give lame excuses like, their email doesn't work for weeks and weeks. How do you do business without email and why don't you get it fixed? I think they wouldn't help me close an account because they wanted to keep the numbers on their books. I have lodged a formal compliant against him and had to go through corporate in order to get my request processed. There are many State Farm agents in Clarksville, pick another one, someone who will actually service their customers with professionalism.By Merrie Dekle, January 14, 2017
