- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Self service machine is currently broken! Do not use this facility if you need postage printed, worst customer service in TN/KY!!! After I bought first class postage for two packages the very rude girl at the counter refused to hand me the stamps or my receipt until I left and came back with return address sticker. (A pen would not write on the dark plastic and She refused to give me a label to write on, stating I had to buy a gift package with a writable label.) She then closed her station and LEFT as soon as I turned away from the counter!!! She took my money and left!!!??? How is such a dishonest person entrusted with my ma *To clarify-the self service machine professionally prints all this information on the label. I have a home business and frequently use this service. Well, not anymore! She didn't wear a name tag but be forewarned if you see a short black woman with short curly hair at the counter, late 30's maybe?By J G, July 02, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Don't even deserve that 1 star. I asked my mail person today why I have not gotten mail in 2 weeks. Her response, grabbed mail from another box and hand it to me. And said have a nice day. Just flyers right? Yes from January and February, IT IS MID MARCH ! Damn, I see now why postal service is going under. Workers lazy and job protection. This happened off Tiny Town Rd.
