  In October 2014 I purchased a home on 1206 Dodd St Clarksville Tn. I tried selling the home in January 2015. The buyer did a title search and found it did not have a clear deed. Interesting because when I bought the home Bellamy Auction did a title search & prepared my deed. I notified Bellamy Auctions immediately & they refused to return the money. I gave them time to correct the deed & there are many heirs involved on this deed that would not sign off. As of March 2015 there was no correspondence from the business following up with me on what they are accomplishing in correcting the deed or much less returning my money. At this point it has been 5 months and I finally moved forward with getting an attorney. April 7 they refunded my money for the purchase price of the home of $10.500 but the closing cost insurance interest etc was not included. I feel I have been taken advantage of.
