- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Amazing experience! We have always used TurboTax until some life events made us decide to go to a professional for help. Holy moly are we glad we did! Found out we have been getting a little screwed by TurboTax; there were a few big items we weren't even aware of that they will backdate as much as possible and continue doing moving forward. They answered a ton of questions, explained things so we could understand iand the price for all of that help was amazing!
