  I would give a 5 but there is one bus driver that need to refresh his course in courtesy. I board the inbound 1&2 bus often and I usually get a day pass. One day I boarded he decided that I would be the ONE. I put my money in he turned and looked at two women that are frequent riders, they giggled. I took my pass and seated. From the Dodge Store to Dover Rd. he loudly proclaimed that he was superior but he could not read minds. I should have said I needed a day pass. He said alot more but I'll leave it there for now. I sat there being laughed at by this man and his front of the bus buddies. I was disgusted to say the least. He holds a leadership position meaning he has lives in his hands but he showed his behind that day. Oh and he said that he wasn't like the other drivers. If he see that people need the bus lowered but don't ask he won't lower it no matter how hard it is for them to board, yes I understand the sign says "ask to lower". I know this to be very true because I use a cane and can not raise my legs high. When I stand at the stop on a curb and there's a lower area, he will stop there on the flat to make me walk down or up and to make me either ask or hurt trying to board. Then he has the nerve to talk about church after he's done being a devil.

  I'm happy to be offered this service. I lost my license(ugh). They pick me up and drop me off quite close to where I need to be my only issue is the fact that they don't give change like really any other city I've been to gives you a change card what's so difficult about that? I don't get it.
