- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆WOW! what an absolute nightmare this place is. the customer service is a joke. I am no way shocked the reviews this company has. Called last week to see what we can do to have the water in my name for my rental property that will be vacant a few days so I can clean. OH just $150 for 2 days, I simply needed to clean the property for my new tenants. thankfully the tenant offered to leave the water on, so I can clean. I had one lady hang up on me, no I did not curse or raise my voice, unacceptable. THEN TRACY the MANAGER threatened to hang up on me .... Hopefully she's proud that she works at a water company as a manager, I'm sure she made her parents proud.By Tonya Duncan, December 17, 2016
