He did everything he could to help us get our loan and into our house as quick as possible and I was very pleased with the result. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Ms Karol Hart and her assistants were VERY helpful in obtaining for me an approved home loan . I am a 100% Disabled Retired Army veteran and had never owned property before. I had 'OK' credit scores and only a Rental history to vouch for my honesty in financial manners. My bank had turned me down TWICE already even though they were happy to keep my money in their paws. I am not the most likeable person due to my medical problems, but Ms Hart worked through the rough exterior and we soon had a great Realtor-Client relationship. Heck, She and the assistants even addressed me by my first name from the start! She obtained a very low interest loan for the house I wanted, and I closed it in 55 days from first visiting Ms Hart to Closing.
