- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have had so much problems with US BANK it is sad. They caused me to go 600 dollars overdrawn, well I went through so much with this bank trying to prove that it was there mistake, and in the process they put this on my credit, as a past due debt. Needless to say it took almost a full year for them to give MOST, not ALL of the money back that thay, and they charged off the account. I talked to the branch manager and she said that she would fix my credit, and she never did, I just found out like 3 days ago when I wanted to leave this bank that I couldn't because of this charge off that they caused and did not fix. If you are thinking about using this bank......THINK AGAIN!!!!By A Google User, February 13, 2017
