- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Absolutely the worst customer service bank in Clarksville! With all the banks in the area, you would think the bank would want to keep their personal relationships with loyal customers. We've been customers for years. But this bank only cares about making money off your money. They are rude and have so many more "policies" than other banks...lots of "got ya" fees and hidden reasons for doing things. They act like their policies are "laws" when in fact they are not.
