- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Had to do a name change and needed to schedule an appointment. Scheduled the appointment and as I'm waiting I was not acknowledged instead the lady walks over to the next office to do a possible interview for a customer who just moved here. So I left since I obviously was not going to be seen anytime soon since they wanted to chitchat like I had all day to sit and wait. There was no point in making an appointment if that's going to happen. Also the lines were long and moving extremely slow.By Jessica Coleman, May 31, 2017
